Pilot Cities

The Secretariat of Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy Southeast Asia (GCoM SEA) hosted by UCLG ASPAC congratulates selected cities and local governments for piloting the GCoM Asia Project! The local governments (four from Indonesia, four from Malaysia, four from Vietnam, and four from Thailand) get technical assistance on the development of the Climate Action Plan (CAP).
